All students seeking admission into a music major degree program must complete an entrance audition. Prospective students are expected to demonstrate acceptable levels of achievement in performance in terms of intonation, tone quality and rhythmic accuracy. Music scholarships are awarded based upon demonstrated performance abilities and departmental needs.
Auditions occur on specially designated days during the spring semester. Students who audition prior to March 1 will automatically be evaluated for scholarship consideration.
