Ola Gjeilo commission

The Eastern Kentucky University Choirs are delighted to announce the commission of a new piece by noted composer and pianist Ola Gjeilo. The new piece, scored for SATB choir, piano, and string quartet, will be premiered in October 2013. In addition to the commission, Mr. Gjeilo will come to EKU for a two-day residency, culminating with a concert featuring his compositions. Stay tuned for more details!
