Bravo, again!

‎"Deck the Halls" 2.0 was another culinary and musical triumph. Thank you for the hard work that went into making the weekend such a success. Everyone truly enjoyed your singing, and I have heard lots of positive feedback regarding the new format. Perhaps most telling is the fact that we had the largest audience for this event in at least 10 years. Congratulations!

Good luck during this week's juries and finals, and have a wonderful vacation. Auditions for University Singers and Madrigal Singers (new name for this ensemble coming soon) are scheduled for Monday, January 9 in Foster 104. Rehearsals begin Tuesday, January 10. Spread the word!

Reminders for Wed, 12/7

1) UNIVERSITY SINGERS: Great job caroling on campus today. It's probably better that we were inside. We certainly had better acoustics!

2) MADRIGAL SINGERS: Meet at The Arlington Club at noon on Wednesday. We sing at 12:20 p.m. Order: This Is the Day / Personent Hodie / Of the Father's / Ding Dong / Deck the Hall

3) ALL CHOIRS: Wednesday rehearsals are in the Keen Johnson Ballroom (2nd floor)
12:20 - Concert Choir
2:30 - University Singers
3:30 - Madrigal Singers

Campus caroling update: Monday

EKU Concert Choir: If it is still raining at 12:30, we will not go caroling on campus. Plan to meet in the choir room at our regular 12:20 time. We will either warm up and go caroling, or stay dry and have rehearsal.
